Discussing compensation, including how you’re paid, your services, and negotiating terms, is especially important. Industry practice changes make it vital to stay informed about their impact on daily business. Knowing what to say and what to avoid in these discussions is key. Approach these talks with transparency, professionalism, and market knowledge to build strong relationships and trust.
