The 14hr continuing education course must be completed every two years. This Course includes: 8 hours of Specialty Credit, 3 Hour Core Law, (mandatory) and 3 Hours of Ethics and Professional Business Practices (mandatory)

Rick Burch is a real estate broker and Miami native with over 31 years of experience in the real estate industry. Rick is a past member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) board of directors as well as the Florida Realtors board of directors and has been named to the Florida Realtors Honor Society.

Rick Burch was named Realtor of the Year in 2004 by the Miami Association of Realtors and served as the Residential President in 2007 and was named Chairman of the Board in 2009. Rick also served as the first Broward County President for the association.

Rick has authored numerous real estate training courses and seminars for real estate professionals including the 20-course Foundations for Success series and is a contributing author for a new 14 Hour Continuing Education and 45 Hour Post-Licensing textbook. Rick was named Educator of the Year in 2010 by the Miami Association of Realtors and is a Florida licensed real estate instructor.
